Scalora's Famous Cranberry Sauce\Spread\Jam

Follow the directions for cranberry sauce that is printed 
on the back of the (12oz) bag of Ocean Spray fresh cranberries, 
but substitute this list of ingredients:

  1/2 cup water
  1/2 cup orange juice fresh squeezed is the best, 
               "with pulp" store bought is the second best
  1/2 orange worth of grated orange zest 
  1 (12oz) bag of cranberries
  1 cup sugar (sometimes you can put less of this is the 
               orange juice is very sweet.)
