| 2 lbs | Ground Meat (Turkey, Beef or Mixed) |
| 1/4 C. | Chopped Onion |
| 1/4 C. | Chopped Parsley |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 3 Slices | Dried Hard Bread |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Pepper |
| 2 T. | Worstershire Sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic |
| 1/2 tsp | Mrs. Dash |

Soak dried bread with warm water and squeeze out. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form balls 2 1/2” in diameter, bake in shallow pan at 375° for approx. 45 min. Drop softly into gently boiling sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Gently stir often to prevent burning on the bottom. |
