| 2 lbs | Sausage, browned |
| 6 C. | Cooked Rice |
| 1 1/2 C. | Chopped Celery |
| 1/2 C. | Chopped Onion |
| 1/2 C. | Chopped Parsley |
| 4 | Eggs |
| | Mrs. Dash (to taste) |
| | Salt (to taste) |
| | Pepper (to taste) |
| 1 tsp | Thyme (to taste) |

Soak turkey for 3-4 hours hours in salt water. Mix all together and then season to taste. Stuffing must be cool before stuffing the bird Season outside of bird with about 1 tsp Rosemary, a little bit of thyme, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash & a stick of butter.
